All Sumter EMC payment options will be unavailable this Friday. Beginning Thursday, December 31 at 11:45 p.m. and lasting until Saturday, January 2 at 12:05 a.m., all payment gateways will be down due to year-end maintenance. This will affect all payment options including phone calls, IVR (phone), the mobile app and the Sumter EMC website.

During the maintenance period, Prepay members will not receive daily billing or daily alert messages. Disconnects will not occur during the maintenance period but will resume on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
