About My Bill
Your meter will be read each month, and the bill will arrive approximately one week after the meter is read.
Electric bills are:
- Payment MUST REACH OUR OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE to avoid a LATE SERVICE CHARGE of $5.00 or 2.5% of the current bill, whichever is greater.
- Service may be discontinued if payment is not received within 25 days from the date billed.
- Previous unpaid balance may be subject to immediate disconnect and additional deposits. Prior notice of due dates remains in effect.
- Payment agencies listed below can only accept payments for the full amount of the bill and cannot accept payments after the COLLECTION POINT DATE.

Without prior agreement, a member’s service may be disconnected if payment is not received 25 days from the billing date. A delinquent notice will be mailed stating the disconnect date.
