Sumter EMC members can set up alerts and notifications for their account to stay informed about billing, usage, and outages.
These alerts help members manage their energy use and stay updated on important account activity.
Signing up for billing alerts can make life easier.
When you enroll, you will receive text or email alerts directly to your phone notifying you of the following:
- Due dates
- Past due
- Returned check
- Payment confirmation
- High KWH usage
You will receive a welcome message if you opt to receive text messages. Reply with “start″ to complete enrollment.
