Due to year-end maintenance, all Sumter EMC payment options will be unavailable this weekend. This will affect payment options made over the phone, in the mobile app and on the Sumter EMC website from Thursday, December 30 at 11:45 p.m. until Monday, January 3 at 12:05 a.m.
During the maintenance period, prepay members will not receive daily billing or daily alert messages. Disconnects will not occur during the maintenance period but will resume on Monday, January 3, 2022. Prepay accounts will need to have credit balances to avoid being disconnected.
