The Board of Directors appointed the members of the 2026 Nominating Committee at its March Board meeting. This Committee will meet on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Sumter EMC office in Americus to propose a slate of directors for election at the Annual Meeting of Members on August 8, 2026.

The directors whose terms expire on the date of the 2026 Annual Meeting are Mr. Mike Webb, District 5, Chattahoochee County; Ms. Christi Dockery, District 6, Lee County; Mr. Eddie Watson, District 8, Schley County; and Mr. Leon Williams, At-Large, Marion County.
